• FXBuilders Refund & Return Policy

    Testing Period

    1. Upon your initial order, you will receive a quote and a testing version of the ordered product valid for 30 days based on the agreed specifications.
    2. We will fix all bugs reported during the trial period and send new testing version.
    3. You may be charged an advance payment for custom development or customization of existing products.

    Successful Testing

    1. You will be invoiced at the end of testing period, given that all reported bugs are fixed and all requested customization is completed.
    2. Customization of existing products may be charged additional amount based on the required amount of work.
    3. We will send you the production version of your ordered product, upon the receipt of payment.

    After Delivery

    1. Any bugs reported after the final purchase of a product will be fixed by FXBuilders Ltd within 30 days.
    2. If 30 days have passed before fixing reported bugs, you may request a full refund of your payment.
